FRIDAY LEFT-OVERS

SHRIMP THERMIDOR

What's for dinner? Do you want to cook a-no-fuss, easy-to-cook food? Do you have left over food?

Here's my version of shrimp thermidor which I cooked using my Philkraft pan.

SHRIMP THERMIDOR
with Philkraft Pan

Ingredients:

6 pieces cleaned shrimp
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
Handful of sweet basil, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil (EVOO) (Optional)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese or quickmelt cheese or grated cheddar cheese

Procedure:

1.         Mix the breadcrumbs, onion, sweet basil, EVOO, salt and pepper.
2.       Cut the shrimps in the middle.
3.       Place the breadcrumb mixture in the middle of the shrimps.
4.       Sprinkle cheese on top of the breadcrumb mixture.
5.        Using the Philkraft pan, over medium-high heat, cook the shrimps for 10 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked. Pour 2 tbsps. of water on the pan. Do not forget to close the lid.
6.       Serve hot.
