SHRIMP THERMIDOR
What's for dinner? Do you want to cook a-no-fuss, easy-to-cook food? Do you have left over food?
Here's my version of shrimp thermidor which I cooked using my Philkraft pan.

SHRIMP
THERMIDOR
with Philkraft Pan
Ingredients:
6
pieces cleaned shrimp
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1
med. onion, chopped
Handful
of sweet basil, chopped
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
3
tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil (EVOO) (Optional)
1/2
c. parmesan cheese or quickmelt cheese or grated cheddar cheese
Procedure:
1.
Mix
the breadcrumbs, onion, sweet basil, EVOO, salt and pepper.
2. Cut the shrimps in the middle.
3. Place the breadcrumb
mixture in the middle of the shrimps.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top of
the breadcrumb mixture.
5.
Using
the Philkraft pan, over medium-high heat, cook the shrimps for 10 minutes or
until the shrimps are cooked. Pour 2 tbsps. of water on the pan. Do not forget to close the lid.
6. Serve hot.
